SEL Application

Please complete your application providing us with the information requested. In the Passwords fields, select the password you will want to use when you are accepted into membership in SEL.

Passwords may consist of any numbers, lower case letters or special characters. There must be no spaces in the password. Passwords are limited to 50 characters.” Do Not Use Your Birth Date or Social Security Number.

In the event our membership has reached its current limit as set by our Board of Directors we will place your application on our waiting list and notify you of this by email.
